	I did a lot of research on-line prior to using this Euro Performance. Having been an auto and truck mechanic for 25 years and VOSA vehicle examiner for 10 years it was important to me that the garage was a member of the RMI who vet these garages regularly and also that they could fit my VW Crafter van in due to its height and also had good previous experience of working on them as it was a repair not just a service. Having seen Grahams comments on a few forums it was clear he had good well-grounded diagnostic skills without the waffle, which I hoped he had cascaded down to his staff. I made the 150 mile journey to Euro Performance and left it with them. Dale carried out the diagnosis and confirmed my thoughts regarding the noise from power steering and alternator area and regarding a separate oil leak without adding any unnecessary items. I have since collected my repaired vehicle yesterday and having driven back home and inspected the repair this morning can confirm all matters have been fully addressed, all parts that say were fitted have been, nothing is broken or damaged or re-fitted badly in the repair area. We travel long distances abroad in the van so its important to us that despite the fact its 12 years old its running as well as possible. Its due a cam-belt change next year so as I'm not getting any younger, if i don't fancy doing it next year I know where I'll be going to have it done. 	Having trusted Europerformance many times with several vehicle over the years, I have always been highly satisfied with the service received. This month, however, they have surpassed even my highest expectation of superb customer service. Our 17 yr old Touran, FSH, had a cam-belt mechanical failure 5k miles after its replacement in March 2022. I expected the resulting engine damage would mean a write-off of the vehicle. Europerformance offer a 2 yr warranty on their work, ( didn't even realise that!) so even though the failure was with the parts supplied, (apparently a recognised issue for some VW engines of that era) Europerformance undertook the whole repair under their own warranty. We were also provided with a nice courtesy car while the (lengthy) repairs took place, and as the vehicle battery faltered during the time off the road, we were even given a new battery FOC Jodie kept us up-to-date with progress, Gareth gave us an in-depth tutorial on the finer details involved (with photos and video) Honesty, and dedication to customer service is always appreciated, but it is rare to encounter it at such a high level. 	I’ve entrusted the care of my car to a independent BMW Master Technician in Caldicot, but it is over an hour away. Having tried local alternatives, I’ve been less than impressed. 	The receptionist was very friendly, polite and professional. I was impressed with the video that the technician sent me of his checks on the car - it was very useful. It was very good to be able to read the report from the technician on my phone, saying what work they would advise me to authorise them to carry out and the cost of this work. I was then able to click on the screen to authorise the work. 	Had my wife's Audi Q3 timing belt & water pump changed here, and it's the second time I have dealt with Euro Performance. Really quick to price the work & book it in, with reminders beforehand sent by email. 	First time user of this garage. EXCELLENT! all round service. Was kept totally informed , of the fault with the car, the diagnosis, how it would be rectified, plus a very reasonable price was quoted. Then it was followed up, with a video report of the test run of the car to demonstrate everything was fine! Will definitely use then again, I cant recommend them enough. Really refreshing in this day and age, to be treated so well. to be informed right the way through the process. Really importantly too? They don't "flannel" you , as main dealers or other garages would do. 	I had a quick response by email to my initial enquiry, then a clear, detailed quote. A “walk around” video inspection laid out the work that was necessary and an updated quote followed. Time scales were extended due to parts availability and Easter holidays but the car was finished and available for my deadline. 	Another great experience at Euro Performance for diagnosis and repair. Communication as ever was excellent from dropping off to pick up. I was sent a hugely detailed video explaining the diagnosis process and then what work was needed to resolve the faults. I was sent a very detailed quote with pricing being clearly explained. 	I first came to Euro Performance on the recommendation of my Dad, when buying my first German car with a brain (computer). I had visited various garages from local to Cardiff for MOTs with my previous car - I would stay and watch (very little trust on my part, having been with friends to some garages, to find they (the garages) were money spinners having little to no clue what they're talking about or doing/ deliberately fault causing to generate money). So, for me, this was totally out of my comfort zone - leaving the car at the garage and not staying to watch... What?!? Anyway, in went "Winnie" (the car) for her first service. I sat at home, on edge, waiting for the verdict. All went well, and on collecting the car, she'd even had a wash and polish, and looked amazing. I came back again for the MOT. This time, I knew what to expect, so I was very happy. Any findings are communicated to you prior to works carried out. Cost is also communicated prior to work completion. I like the video links also (the member of staff is able to show you your vehicle on the ramps and explain the findings to you in a mini video - there's no hearsay, you can see for yourself what you're being told is the problem). All members of staff are very friendly. Customer service is first class, from booking appointments to car drop off and collection. It's great that I can be at work and send a quick email regarding service or MOT and have a same day response - Jodie and Katie do a great job, my GP surgery could learn something (great customer service and booking appointments- my car has better odds of great health than I do - ha ha!). I would definitely recommend Euro-Performance. They are not rip-off merchants, and you won't be disappointed. COVID-19: The measures implemented here are excellent (I say this from a Health & Safety professional point of view, as well as an immunosuppressed customer). Hand sanitising at the door to reception. A screen in reception - keys are sanitised when received and returned to you. Car is sanitised after works completed. Customers are instructed when to turn up and what measures to take (e.g don't leave masks in your vehicle). If you're someone that's been isolated for a long time and worried of what to expect, you need not worry - you'll struggle to see better practices in place at any local supermarket. Tip: Book early! Don't leave it last minute - where there's excellent service, there won't be appointments idling for last-minute requests.	December 02, 2021

	My car was due a cambelt change, and I contacted 3 different VW dealers to obtain a quotation or the works, and only one was able to correctly advise that a coolant pump should be replaced as part of the job. I then contacted Euro-Performance, who not only explained the parts that needed changing, but supplied a diagram detailing each part. They were also very competitive with the pricing, and provided the same 2 year guarantee on the works as a VW dealer. Additionally, they did an excellent job of cleaning the whole car free of charge. 	Can’t recommend Euro Performance enough. Car had a fault that another garage could not rectify, and after a few attempts myself, decided to leave it to a VAG specialist. The whole process was extremely efficient and professional, with the video of the vehicle diagnosis and proposed repair very informative, accompanied by a thorough description on the quote sent out via text. 	I used Euro Performance for the first time after I found a recommendation about them on some obscure forum. I checked the website and I spoke with the receptionist and trusted my gut feeling by booking my annual service with them. On the day, everything went smoothly. The receptionist was welcoming and smiling. An hour later, I received an email with the video in which the mechanic assessed my car and explained the needed work. I was asked to approve it over the internet and they accomplished the work professionally and promptly. Euro Perfomance has even given the complementary car wash (with a great smelling car freshener). Finally, everything was completed with the payment plan option available. They are so professional, the receptionist Jodie is always so kind and helpful whenever I phone and at however much short notice if I have an issue with my car. They even send you a video of any issues with your car and wash the vehicle before they return it to you. 	I found Euro Performance when I was seeking an independent specialist to carry out work on my Soda Superb Sport line rather than go to main dealer. From first contact I was impressed with the professional look and feel of the premises along with the friendly professional approach from the service advisors who gave spot on advice and guidance given in respect of manufacturers service requirements (none of the pretentious crap you get at large main dealers) The work was carried out to my satisfaction and I am pleased to say I will be returning for further service/maintenance work in the future. 	First time here. Having bought a BMW I wanted a reliable garage, but not necessarily a main dealership with mega overheads, which was able to fully service my car, ie update the messages and the information so that warnings do not pop up, that the various lights switch off etc . Often this is only achievable via main dealers. Also, someone who has the specialist knowledge and equipment to do the job properly. I went with Euro Performance because I felt they ticked the boxes and am pleased I did. I needed an MOT and service so I thought. I actually got my service intervals wrong and booked in for a major service 3 months early. There are many establishments who would just have carried it out, but fair play I was contacted and it was all explained and it ended up saving me unnecessary expense. All that was required at that stage was a change of brake fluid. I was very pleased at the honesty shown, I see it as very important. Trust is a major factor in deciding whether you will go back . 	Having recently bought the car, this visit was to obtain a Healthcheck. I was given a comprehensive report of what work would need to be addressed and a conservative estimate of the imminence of repair. Happily there was nothing of an urgent nature. 	First time I’ve used this garage and hugely impressed. Gareth explained what work he was going to carry out & said he’d phone if anything else required attention. As the car is a 17 year old TT and I’m it’s new owner I was expecting a “horror story” phone call at some point. However, luckily I’ve bought a good one! Service, brake fluid change and an all over general check all for a good price. Gareth was extremely thorough and took 20-30 mins explaining all about my car upon collection. 	This is a case of you get what you pay for. A niggling fault on a 2011 TT 8J was quickly diagnosed by the team. The confidence that they had inspired during the booking and diagnostics phase meant I had no hesitation in signing off a substantial list of works to prepare the car for the year ahead. I had previously visited a trusted garage but sadly they had failed to diagnose the underlying fault; Euro Performance swept away any anxiety about the providence of this TT. 	This was my second visit to Euro Performance. In my first review (Dec 2018) I expressed my absolute satisfaction with the quality of service received and the reasonable costs compared to Audi Dealers. I am delighted to report that the standard remains extremely high from the initial email quote through the work being completed on time and the bonus of an excellent quality hire car whilst my car was in. I live about an hours drive away from them, is the distance worth it?, absolutely. I previously said that as long as I own an Audi I would return here and nothing has changed my thinking. 	I have just bought a 15 year old Audi TT and after reading the reviews for Euro Performance I thought they would be the right people to sort out the car for me. The suspension, alignment and handling were way off beam, and needed some serious attention. They have done an amazing job. They have reformed the car like it was only 5 years old. I have been using VW and Audi main dealerships for almost every year since 1989 and I can’t think of any garage that has been as good to deal with, as responsive by phone or email, or as clear in explaining to me what work was needed, and what work has been done. 	The torque converter on my Merceds Benz had failed. The car had been maintained from new by a main dealer for 8 years. But I was already disillusioned with them: on the last 2 occasions, the car had been returned from a service with faults which it did not have when it went in (overfilled engine oil; horn not working etc). And this time the torque convertoer failed immediately after a major service. So I was desperate for the torque converter job – costing thousands – to be done by mechanics whom I could trust. Luckily, at that point I discovered that Europerformance now deal with MB cars. I’d know of them for several years (fixed cruise control on my former VW motorhome, and maintain my daughter’s Audi). So I asked Europerformance if they’d do this major repair on the MB. They took nothing for granted, and made their own assessment. I was kept informed of progress; reports and photos of the findings were given to me. The repair was effected, and I have total confidence in the work of Europerformance. It makes all the difference to know with confidence that work will be done totally to the book. Moreover, they are such nice people! Who are the professionals? Not, it seems, the main MB dealer who had “maintained” the car from new. Photographs showed that various operations had not been carried out, and that transmission oil (very recently replaced at an allegedly major service) was a litre short. I have no relationship with Europerformance or its staff other than as a very satisfied, and grateful, customer. Well done!	February 06, 2020

	Euro Performance did a brilliant job on my VW transporter, and finally fixed it after 3 other garages had failed to. Gareth was very knowledgeable, found the problem and explained what needed to be done before fixing it (wiring problem and EGR VALVE issue, not DPF sensors that other garages have replaced 3 times). Gareth explained fully what the actual faults had been, and gave us printouts of the diagnostics. After being fixed, my fuel economy also increased by over 20% which was a nice addition ! 	Excellent service provided by Euro Performance. Work to be carried out was explained before work carried out as was the price. Jodie even stated that as my car was still under manufacture's warranty manufacture original parts would be used. The paperwork supplied on picking up the car was very comprehensive even down to a print out of the car key read out confirming what work was required, plus at lot more information. On picking up the car it had been washed and Jodie explained what will need to be carried out on the car's next service and advice on what will need to be carried out before that date and when. No pressure to book the work through them. The cost of the minor service was a lot less than the main dealership but all work that the main dealer would have carried out was done by Euro Performance, even down to updating the BMW online service data. 	IT IS DIFFICULT to find work and customer service of this level in the motor trade nowadays. These guys came highly regarded in the Volkswagen Audi community when I was looking for somewhere in South Wales to service my 18 year old mk1 Audi TT, which had also developed a brake issue. Jodie stayed in touch regularly to give updates on the work needed and went through everything done afterwards. They even washed the car. 	Took my car (BMW Z4M) to Euro-performance for an Inspection 2 and a few minor repairs/issues. Was really twitchy about handing my beloved motor over to others in that, I wasn't sure about the level of care that was going to be taken by them in dealing with my car. FEAR NOT! The Technician in charge (Steffan Deplace) took the time to listen carefully to my list of issues which included a rubbing noise which seemed to be coming from the passenger side rear wheel, a handbrake which wasn't holding the car on a steep gradient, and the CD autochanger which had stopped working. I was fearing the worst wrt the rubbing noise but Steff managed to identify a leaking, rear diff, input shaft seal which, when replaced, along with new diff oil, remedied the rubbing noise problem completely. He also recoded the CD autochanger which is now back in working order. Wrt the faulty handbrake, Steff's diagnosis was missing teeth on the ratchet - the handbrake lever was consequently replaced and the car no longer rolls down hill. In my opinion therefore, Steff certainly seems to know what he is doing and I would have no worries in letting him work on my car in the future. He even washed it for me after the work was completed	May 07, 2019

	I used to have a little motor car for 17 years until she decided she wanted to retire before I was allowed to. As I need a car for work, I went to a well known (and I wouldn't return or recommend) car warehouse, the one with the silent adverts. Having had issues regarding ownership and paperwork with said dealer, I started having doubts about all the paperwork supplied to me by the dealer, and wanted the vehicle checked out completely. Having gone from a little motor car, that my Dad and I could use a Hanes manual and pull about, to a computer on wheels, I needed a specialist. My Dad recommended I come to Euro Performance as he also has a computer on wheels, and has been a very happy customer for several years. I didn't know what to expect when I dropped off the car, apart from a whopping bill (due to the dealer that sold me the vehicle and hearing all about said dealers shenanigans AFTER purchasing the car). It was no surprise that during the service, it was discovered that work hadn't been carried out that should've been carried out prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Euro Performance informed me of all things that hadn't been done and how much it would cost to have them done. The work was completed, and on picking up the car, it had been washed and was shining beautifully. My mum's inner magpie came out and had a WOW moment with the shine on my car and wonders what you washed it with, it's really shiny and wonderful. The paperwork was all explained to me on picking up my car as well, and im pleased to say, I felt thrilled knowing i was leaving with a safe car and not a ticking time bomb. It's lovely going to a garage you can trust, where the work is explained, no hidden costs, no hidden agendas, lovely staff and leaving with peace of mind that everything that was stated to be carried out, has been carried out. 	Issues with wheel alignment and air con. Previous to using Euro Performance Ltd, I tried to sort the alignment with Sytner BMW Cardiff. Their first go didn't sort it so had to put the car back in. Second time they made it worse. Third time they told me the engineer saw no problem with it and carried out no work, despite the fact that the steering wheel was obviously angled to the left when going straight, and sent me on my way - absolutely appalling service. After some research online I decided to go to Euro Performance Ltd. They're booked up quite a bit in advance so I wasn't able to be seen for a bit, but took that as a good sign! Friendly staff call you to provide updates while the car is in. The work was carried out very quickly, they didn't need to keep my car for days on end like Sytner. On collection the engineer who actually carried out the work meets you to go over everything in detail, explaining everything clearly so you can understand - it was obvious he was experienced and knew his stuff. 	Excellent service from start to finish. Can't thank Gareth & his staff enough for dealing so professionally with such a complex problem. Who would have thought that a simple mistake of putting too much oil in the engine would cause so much grief. Damage was extensive. Cylinder head wrecked with 9 rockers snapped, 16 valves bent & high pressure fuel pump seized. After replacing cylinder head & 2 yes 2 new high pressure fuel pumps ourselves we could still not get the car to start. After speaking to Gareth at Euro Performance, who was extremely helpful, we decided to put the car in his care. I am very pleased to say that after extensive diagnostic testing he advised that the new high pressure fuel pump that we fitted was again defective and needed to be replaced. Throughout the process I was kept informed. At the end of the day Euro Performance resolved the problem and I can report the car is back to full health. Massive thanks to all involved. Finally I was always kept abreast of any costs involved. Gold stars all round. Thanks again for all your help and understanding. Would have no issue using this garage again in the future. 	This week was my first visit to Euro Performance for the first service due on my car. I had a brilliant experience from my first phone call with the receptionist, Jodie - right up until I collected the car later the same day. 	Was really happy with the timing belt and water pump change on my Audi. I had a little problem the day before where I lost a lot of water coolant. I explained this to Euro performance and they were happy to check and sort the problem out along side with the scheduled job and if I had any problems to bring it back. 	I have used Euro Performance before and I can say with confidence I would be happy for them to work on my car anytime. The cam belt snapped on my Audi S3 and as it's a mk1 I knew this would not be a cheap or simple job. I contacted Gareth and he recovered the car from my house back to the workshop. After inspecting it I was asked to call down and have a look at what it needed, so I set about getting hold of a replacement engine, turbo and clutch kit. After getting all this fitted, they ran into a few problems with the fitment of the new turbo but with some exhaust modification they got it all fitted perfectly. Several road tests and tweaks later they have now got the car running beautifully. It has never pulled so strongly and sounded so sweet. In my opinion they went above and beyond the service you would get from an ordinary garage. Which is why I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again. I would like to say a Huge thanks personally to Gareth for his expertise, Chris for all his hard work on the car and Marie and Jodie in the office for keeping me up to date. Fantastic job guys. 	I've used Gareth and his team many years ago when I had a few different VAG group cars, after a while with Japanese cars I've returned to VAG and visited Gareth to get my RS4's air conditioning sorted. Being a complex vehicle with a big engine wedged into a smallish car I knew it wouldn't be easy and Gareth's knowledge of these vehicles is absolutely first class. The fault was rectified a little later than originally planned but the car was returned immaculately presented with ice cold air conditioning and with a detailed printout of everything done and Gareth took the time to discuss the issue in detail Wouldn't use anyone else for VAG group cars. 	I have used Euro performance before on a number of occasions and I must say this garage really is first class. I have just had my engine timing chains and tensioners replaced on my Audi TT which required engine and gearbox removal, the car has been returned in perfect order and the original quote honored. The technical knowledge of the staff is very good and they are really helpful in explaining the fault diagnosis and rectification process throughout. I cannot recommend highly enough.	May 03, 2017
	I looked for an alternative to the Audi main dealer as the estimate they gave, just for diagnostic work, was too high (up to 2 hours at £120/hour plus VAT). Euro Performance said they should be able to diagnose the problem in 1 hour at a much more reasonable rate. They kept to that estimate diagnosed the fault and on a later visit change a defective part and carried out a small related repair - problem solved. The overall cost of labour was only about 25% more than Audi wanted for the diagnostic alone. Throughout the process I was kept informed and felt as if they were pleased to help. Very pleased with the work and the overall cost. Will use again and recommend them to those needing work on VW and Audi vehicles.	April 20, 2017
	After nearly 2 weeks of not being able to start my car and being ripped off by 2 other "mechanics". I was losing the plot as well as my money. I was recommended Euro performance by a colleague at work as well as a neighbour. I rang in a defensive manner due to being stung previously. I was reassured and explained to politely and professionally in an almost personal level that they would endeavour to help. The same evening, an extremely polite, professional gentlemen came out (after hours), and used his wealth of knowledge to explain to me certain possibilities and solutions in an articulate manner. He proceeded to run diagnostics tests and subsequently rectified the issue (which had taken 2 mechanics 2 visits in 2 weeks and a lot of money) and advised me of future potential issues to keep an eye out for and how to avoid extra costs. He then checked out for any other faults and rectified my sunroof problem, which id totally given up on a long time ago. I was being quoted by a previous "mechanic" nearly 4 times as much to collect the car and investigate further due to his inability and knowledge. I feel like Euro performance are up to date with the ever changing technology and provide a very professional, informative, value for money; service. I would highly recommend them.	April 20, 2017

	I've used Euro Performance several times over the last few years, I normally do all the work on my cars myself and only 'farm out' big jobs such as a cambelt change. They always do a good job and because they only use Genuine Audi & VW parts I never worry about sub-standard spares being used. My Audi A3 needed a cambelt & water pump recently and they did the job quickly and efficiently at a saving of over £200 on the price a local Audi main dealer wanted. He also explained at the end of the job precisely what worked had been carried out and why - even kept the broken bits for me to see. 	I took ownership of a Mk4 Golf R32 on August 18th 2015 from a forum member on the owners club that told me that the only reason he was willing to do a swap was due to him wanting a BMW M5 and he seemed honest in his approch in that my Mk5 GTi would get more trade in than his Mk4 R32 (which I know to be true). So putting my trust in him, he explained that the R32 was due a service and that it required new top mounts, engine coolant temp sensor, however he had supplied BNIB poly mounts in the boot for me and was willing to drive down from Harrowgate to Wales, my thought process was that if the car gets down here ok then its ok. We struck a deal and then I did my best to get her into Euro to begin with but they were fully booked for longer than I felt I wanted to leave the car, so I went ahead and used another VW Specialist local to me, however that was a huge mistake. Anyway fast forward a few more grand, on replacing my front suspension (replacing the rears when I can afford it) Front subframe, Thermo, ECT, Tyres, countless top mounts, and much much more, I decided to address my slave cylinder issue. I was getting the "Lazy clutch pedal" you know when you redline a gear and the clutch does not follow your foot back up but insted remains on the floor and raises slowly, while also changing the biting point of your next gear change, stupidly annoying is an understatement. I looked into it for some time, and discovered that the fault pointed to the slave cylinder, I started more costings and found that it was inside the gearbox :( What's worse was everyone I spoke to told me that I would be stupid not to change the clutch and flywheel while there, this did make alot of sense, but as you can imagen, I was not looking forward to the bill. I did speak to VW, but they were not interested, and explained to me that none of there master techs had worked on an R32 before..... I then remembered Euro and spoke with Marie & Gareth over a period of a month or so, we then agreed that the work would go ahead with them. The due date was coming close to drop the car off, and I decided to double check my timing chain readings, and to my horror, they were reading -9 & -9 :( Back on the phone and explained to Marie & Gareth, and I asked them if I could also sqeeze this into my booking, now bare in mind, they have tight slots, and I was expecting alittle push back but they were happy to add it in on the job, now I know some of you will just say "Well of course they would, its more money for them" This is true, however, for me I felt this was great customer service, as they could of quite easily pushed my appointment back for when they had a larger slot. I have to say, I was really scared at what they would find, I was worried I would get more phone calls and have to spend more and more. Dropped her off and I knew that it was in good hands. After around the 2nd day I think, Gareth gave me a call to provide me with an update, I forgot to mention, as well as having the timing chains, guides, and all that comes withit, as well was a new clutch, slave cylinder and flywheel, I also asked if they could look as to why my large fan was not working and also go over the car to see if they could spot anything, my 1 year old son often comes for a drive with me so I wanted to ensure the car is 100% safe. Gareth explained that the fault with the fan was that it was burnt out and required a replacement, he also explained that he found that my (I think I have this right) crank camshaft seal was leaking oil and that he had gone ahead and replaced it for me FREE of charge, he also explained that he did this for two reasons: That many garages install these incorrectly, that when replacements are provided, they have an orange tab on them and many garages pull the tab off and then install the seal incorrectly causing starting issues and other bad things, so he wanted to ensure this was done while everything was out. He knows that I love my car and that I want to look after it, I was spending alot of money for all the work so like any decent CEO, he was looking after his customer. Gareth went on to explain that everything so far was going well, and that it was my slave cylinder causing the issue, that he was just checking that he was ok to go ahead and order the replacement fan, he also explained that I had two choices, buy one form VW at over £200, or get the same fan from Euro for £68 he said that they both come with the same warrently and will be covered under his garantee so should it break, its replaced for free. I think you can guess which option I went for, again, he didn't have to do that, he could have just said "Yeah, you need a new fan, i'll only fit VW, extar £200 plus fitting" which I also need to mention, he charged me NO labour cost for fitting this. He also advised me that he noticed some carbon buildup so will be giving the again another full forté flush for me along with a 2nd batch of fresh oil, again for FREE. After I picked the car up, Gareth invited me into the workshop, he showed me alittle bit of damage on one of my tierod ends and to keep an eye onit, (from previous garage) and also explained that the bushes holding my secondary air pump had failed and that he had gone ahead and replaced them for me, he went on to say that thankfully the car now looks like its in good order, bar the cosmetics of course :) He then showed me the parts he removed, chains, clutch, etc etc and talked me through everthing that they did, explained how it all worked, explained how they fail and even showed me the play in my old flywheel, it was refreshing to find someone that understood my love for my car and also to take the time out from his day to help me understand everything, he even introduced me to his team that worked on my car as he explained it, "Sorry if this sounds like a college lechture" Gareth, if your reading this, not at all, for me, it was that type of customer service that goes above and beyond. He even took pictures for me (see attached) so I could put them in a file of work on my car, they thought of everything. I paid my bill, went out of the front doors and my car was pulled out of the workshop, seat cover removed and keys handed back to me with a smile, little things like that, make the experiance. 3 months on, Car is driving lovely, I am finally starting to enjoy the drive, there is many little bits and bobs I need to sort out, and its due another service in Aug (back to Euro) but for me, I will not be using any other garage. Thank you Gareth, Marie & the team at Euro Performance. You are a credit to us all :) So far, as of next month I will have owned my R32 for 1 year and spent over £7,000 on repairs, many of you may call me mad but I have no plans on letting this R32 go and I will get this car back to showroom finish if it kills me.
