| After an unexpected break down my car was recovered to Graham goode as a local garage that was recommended by friends.
As it was late at night the recovery vehicle had to leave the car on the forecourt until I could call them to explain the following day.
They were very gracious as they didn't have the right staff on a Saturday so advised who to speak to on the Monday and put the car in their secure compound for me.
On Monday they prioritised assessing the car so they could get me a quote early in the day. Breaking it down comprehensively to show the price difference between branded and unbranded parts.
The work was finished by mid afternoon as they knew I would Other side need to hire a car for work.

| The garage was recommended to me after I had taken my car to a well known company and the issue wasn’t able to be fixed. As I’m new to owning a car and worried about people taking advantage of this to over charge me, but Graham Goode’s moters haven’t done this at all. Having drove from Lincoln and my screen washers not working. Got to my daughters and phoned several garages to get them fixed before going back, I found it a nightmare that no garage would help me out without taking my car in for several hours( of which I had not got time).
I drove round and came across Graham Goode Motors , I couldn't believe the service I got , my car was taken in straight the way and dealt with immediately. Was given a nice warm welcome by the receptionist, was offered a nice hot drink,
I was informed the progress of my car and it was fixed within half an hour and I was back on the road.

| DPF warning light came on and local Honda dealer couldn't fit me in quickly. Goodes were very helpful in trying to find the fault but all the readouts suggested there wasn't a fault despite the car being in limp mode ! | I feel completely ripped off. £166 to find the fault (It was a knock on passenger side rear suspension), said it took them about 4 hours but only charged me 2. What a load of rubbish. Quote for repair was £215, Spoke to a few people & i was told £140 all in from one subaru specialist & from a subaru mechanic he said £150 would include fault finding, part & fitting. Everyone i have told is saying they have had my pants down, including a good friend who suggested them to me a long time ago, he couldnt believe how much they've ripped me off!! | I had my vehicle looked at by numerous people who all thought my vehicle had a serious engine fault. | Fault code C1288 (ABS pump sensor failure) - I struggled to find a garage with this code knowledge. Alistair said they had done it before and gave me a rough price.
