| Went to leave my home garage at 8.00am. Found the drivers side front spring had collapsed. Phoned JPG at 9.00am when they opened. Was unsure if car could be driven. Car was collected at 9.30am & taken for repair. Car was returned to me with two new front springs fitted (as discussed before repair was undertaken) before 3.00PM. | Rang the garage asked if they could investigate petrol smell from car after a journey. Went straight round left the car & was given a lift home due to trouble walking. Car was fixed (New petrol filter) & ready to collect in under 2 hours. Polite staff & excellent service. This is why I use & will continue to use this garage. | June 05, 2018 | |
