  Charles Smart Having arrived in Hampstead from Cornwall, late Thursday, we discovered that the coolant had leaked due to a bust radiator. The RAC guy towed the car to Palermo Rd garage and the boss (Charles) confirmed the diagnosis. They managed to get a new radiator delivered on Saturday morning, and it was fitted, up and running by 5pm. This amazingly prompt service, so I could return to Cornwall on Sunday, is unprecedented in my experience. I would like to thank Ahmed, the mechanic and Charles the boss, for this wonderful attention. The regular updates on the work progress was too, quite a first for me. Thoroughly recommend them.
