The Prasads Automotive Ltd engineers are steeped in Bentley and Crewe built Rolls Royce cars, collectively boasting over 60 years of experience of the Bentley and Rolls Royce marques.

Our engineers, ex-senior engineers of Bentley Motors and Jack Barclay collectively possess over 60 years of experience working on Bentley and Rolls-Royce cars. Much of their time spent at Bentley Motors Ltd and Jack Barclay Ltd has been occupied by training dealer technicians in repairs and offering highly technical support to dealers and technicians in the diagnosis and repair of complex vehicle problems on a global scale.

	The Prasads Automotive meets all my expectations of a Bentley Specialist and is highly recommended. When I on my way back from a long journey to Scotland, my Continental GT had misfire problem, l had no choice but keep driving back, over 1000 miles while the engine was not in good condition, when l bring my car to the garage, l didn't have much hope. David was so busy that time, fixing other three cars, he said he can do it, but it will take some time to discover the problem. I went back and after five days David gave me a call, my car has three cylinders misfire and fuel inject system linking, I need to replace all 12 ignition coils and spark plugs, and all the fuel nozzles, sounds very expensive! And he asked what happended in Scotland, well, I had no choice but to use three full tank of E10 Petrol from the petrol station I never heard the name before. After four days, l went to pick up the car, I didn't expected David gave me a huge discount, He feels exciting when dealing with my car, first time had this problem in the 37 years of his experience. Now my car drives so good, even smoother than before, thanks David and his team so much!	May 04, 2022

	I have been delighted with the results, communication and cost of the work carried out by Prasads. Finding a specialist that can be completely trusted to work on classic cars is extremely difficult. You also have to be realistic about their charges, as their overheads to operate such a professional business are high. It really is a case of you get what you pay for. 	The prasads have worked on my car before ,they are professional and courteous,their pricing policy is fair too,on this occasion it was a 10 year major service and faulty windscreen washers needed attention,last time we replaced the front air suspension struts,they have also replaced air flap motors,bank 1 exhaust gas sensor,sorted out the cruise control and fixed the convertible roof,I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 	"WOW" Amazing First Class Service from Prasads Automotive. I have owned my GT for many years and always had it maintained from a Bentley Main Dealer . Recently the engine management light came on which was concerning so decided to get it looked at. Unfortunately the main dealers were closed so looked and found Prasads online. I called and spoke to David who asked me to bring the vehicle down the same day (saturday) for him to have a look at what could be wrong. Not knowing David or Prasads I was hesitant but decided to take a chance with an Independant. Best decision I have ever made. The same evening David diagnosed the fault and advised me what he can do to rectify the fault. Fearing the worst I let David loose on the car. What followed was the most efficient , prompt service I have ever received and at half main dealer rates. On monday David ordered the parts and by wednesday I collected my pride and joy. I was so impressed with David & team that I asked him to service the car at the same time and have rebooked the car to have a bit of body work fixed and the interior detailed. All in all one happy customer. And the icing on the cake was when payment time came David said the bill is slightly less as he managed to fix the fault in less time than anticipated. I will never again use anyone else but David and Prasads for all my Bentley needs. Job well done and keep up the good work.	May 30, 2020

	Dreaded engine light was diagnosed as air suspension issue requiring air hoses to be replaced, usually necessitating engine lift to access however Davids expertise and in-depth knowledge meant he could do this with the engine in situ for less than half the cost.
