They will always look for the most feasible way to make a repair, and never spring a horrible surprise of extra cost. | I bought an 18 month old Renault Captur from Wes at this garage. The deal was all done by phone and online as I live in Scotland and Station Garage is in Surrey.The car is so brilliant that I managed to get around this problem with loads of help from Wes. It only has 6000 miles on the clock ,has 18months manufacturers warranty and 18 months Road recovery. | I first used Station Garage when I had to be towed off the A3 with a shredded back tyre and they were the nearest I could think of. They replaced the tyre and supplied me with a repair kit to use in the event of a small puncture. When I collected the car I was very pleasantly surprised at the size of the bill - have been ripped off in the past, one mechanic charged £100 to do a pre-MOT test! | What great service from Farncombe Station Garage! Today I popped in for a minor dashboard oil alert which was effortlessly resolved by the mechanic. Brian then proceeded to cleanup some bodywork damage for me, without charge, and this is now looking so much better than it was (I was reluctant to fork out for a full repair so Brian has just cleaned it up very nicely in 10 mins). Ben and Wes always give amazing service too, and the location is so convenient for any commuters travelling regularly from the station. | What can I say apart from FABULOUS !!! I phoned this morning for advice and a possible appointment and Wes explained they were fully booked but that I could pop my car over in the afternoon and they would test drive it to check if the problem I suspected was correct and if the car was drivable for a longish journey. All of the staff were so kind , helpful and friendly . It did need a small job urgently and they arranged to get the part sent over within the hour and did the quick repair for me , fairly late in the day so I was impressed they even entertained me to be honest as I’m not a regular customer either. I found them very easy to use, they booked me in quickly for the MOT and when my car failed due to a hole in the exhaust, they recommend a local mechanic to repair it rather than suggest an expensive replacement. The mechanic charged £30 to weld a new plate onto the exhaust and SG booked it in the next day to re MOT. Overall a brilliant experience that saved me money and couldn’t have been easier. | A fantastic service received at Station Garage. I took my car directly to the garage after a warning light appeared on my dashboard. They welcomed me with a smile, even early/first thing in the morning. I was panicking as I needed the car urgently in a few days time. They were busy but said leave the car and we will see what we can do. I couldn't believe it, they phoned the next day first thing in the morning and said my car was ready, 2 days earlier that I really expected the work to be done !!!! | We have been using Station Garage Farncombe since 1991 when we moved into the area for MOTs, servicing and repairs on a variety of cars and estates. They are invariably extremely helpful, scrupulously honest and go out of their way to explain any issues and provide accurate estimates for any work. The work is top notch and all the mechanics are highly trained and professional. On the few occasions I’ve needed to use another garage, perhaps when away from home, the experience and results have confirmed my opinion as to just how excellent Station Garage is.
